Im happy to recommend Sphere Web hosting http://www.spherewebhosting.com
They have what youre looking for and more. I have been with them for a while and things just keep getting better.
They just made some behind the scenes changes that Im not 100% sure of but now my control panel and sites are flying. The database performance is outstanding as well. All database sites load extra fast and the support is great.
I suggest you do what I did. I opened a small account and gave them a try .......Now theyre my number one provider and my old reseller has taken the role as backup.

I've been looking for a new reseller for a while now and have an had an account with spherewebhosting.com for many month's now just trying to size them up. I must say that I have been very pleased with their support and uptime has been great. They've been though some upgrades/patches since I came on board and they've handled them very well. I am so pleased in fact, that I have started moving some of my key accounts over to them from my current provider who seems to be falling from grace. Sphere Web Hosting is offering a lot of bang for the buck right now as they are a relatively new company and this may change in the future. It's just my opinion but I think this one is going to be winner.

I'v been hosted with sphere web hosting (spherewebhosting.com) for few months. They have really really fast support. They answer in a matter of minutes. Everything worked fine... no downtimes...
Few weeks ago, there was a huge downtime. Files were messed up, and neether I or my customers could access cpanel or ftp. That passed, and everything went back to normal.
About a week ago they just deleted all my files, everything! Without prior warning or notice. There were about 30 websites there, many of them on CMS-a and Forum scripts, so they all lost everything. Sphere Web Hosting support explained to me, in a very rude way, that ONE OF MY CLIENTS had some warez content. And because of that, they just DELETED 30 websites.
I said ok, because i know that i broke the rule, even though it is imposible to track over 30 websites on a daily basis. I asked them for backup, and they said that they don't have it and that they deleted everything for good.
But, as i said... they are very good at what they do, and they are very quick in responding tickets. But if you don't want all your files to be deleted, i suggest that you stay away from them.
If somebody needs a proof, i have bunch of emails.
Best regards to all

Yes they are good. Thank god they got rid of pirates like the ones you host.
they can moniter hundreds of sites and find one. You cant even keep your own house clean.

Its our policy to remove accounts that contain illegal content, pose a security threat, or disrupt the service for others. Because of the severity of the violations and the necessity to secure the server quickly, notice is not sent. You agreed to those rules when you signed up, you were aware of the content you were hosting and your violations were not isolated to one domain.
It's no coincidence the server you were on has had no problems since your account was removed.

In my opinion Sphere is a top notch outfit - one of the best I've seen in many years in the business. If you are hosting sites that violate the security and integrity of Sphere and it's customers then Sphere should show you no mercy as you are not showing the rest of us any. The TOS are clear so if you want a sleazy place to host your sleazy sites then do us all a favor and look elsewhere. If you can't monitor a meager 30 sites then perhaps you are in the wrong business. As for backups, it's absurd to imply Sphere doesn't back up it's sites. I'm willing to bet that I could ask Sphere to restore one of my sites and it would be done within the hour at no charge. Any unanticipated down time at Sphere is far less than I've seen with other hosting providers I've used. Response time is also exceptional. As for all the emails you say you have, how can I contact you? I would love to read them assuming they have not been altered.
If you want to host trash sites then why don't you just get a server and host all the warez, porn, and virus infested sites you want to. I'm sure you won't missed at Sphere. After finally finding the host of my dreams, I sure don't want people like you messing it up. You deserved this bash, but the one you gave Sphere is bull.
