Reseller hosting with merchant account

| Hello,
I'm a web designer and want to offer my own web hosting to my clients. I just wanted to know if there exists any hosting resellers that handle the payment processing, or do all of them require I have a third-party merchant account?
I am asking this because I am listed on the TMF list related to a past business I operated, and I doubt many merchant account providers would approve me.

And to have money width drawn they require you to fill an personal indentification form.

| Reseller hosting providers claim to provide merchant account would be under affiliate scheme with real merchant providers.
There is no difference when it comes to approval process.

I would also check out AlertPay and PayPal both are great and will work for what you want to use it for.

| PayPal is much safer, IMO. I prefer PayPal anyway.
