gigenetcloud suspended my VM and they don't know why :eek:

I'm happy to don't host anything more with that people. A few minutes ago they had suspend the only VM I'm still there and now they don't give me any explanation about a simple question
why?
enough money, no abuse notifications, any other problem...
uf, avoid that company, seriourly, their blog it's as they are the better of the world but their service it's as my son with a mouse typing random words

Hi,
Can you message me your ticket number? There must be some confusion, I am pretty sure we would know why you got suspended. Please PM me the info so I can look into it for you

Looks like the account was suspended for abuse reasons, we will provide more information in the ticket.

Yes, but too many problems with this cloud for me, uptime it's worst than a simple dedicated server

I think the best thing to do here is contact Gigenet with a list of your problems and let their support staff work through them with you.
Each cloud will have a certain way to do things and this can cause some problems.

Thanks for your advice, I moved to another provider a few months ago and all my servers are 100% uptime now, powerfull hardware, simple dedicated servers works much better than cloud for me.

If there is anything I can do to help you in regards to your cloud account I would be more than happy to assist. I know that our tech support responded to your trouble ticket but I feel its important that I reach out to you and see if there is anything else I can do for you.
