Best most Reliable UNLIMITED Reseller Hosting
Posted by Hosting Crate, 04-10-2012, 09:12 PM |
Hey,
I am looking to find the best, most reliable unlimited disk space, and bandwidth reseller hosting. It MUST offer unlimited disk space and bandwidth however I need a host with quick servers which aren't going to go down every 5 minutes as well as instant live chat 24/7 support while still keeping it below $300 per year. Looking for around $150 as max per year. Maybe a bit over just let me know what your guys best opinion is!
Thanks! Much appreciated!

There is no such thing as unlimited disk space even if you put 50 drives in the server, it is still not unlimited.

Very true, however I want them saying their service is unlimited even though I know there are hidden limits as always but that they would add more drives etc.
On second hand if you have any as stated in first post but with very high of both that works great!

Unlimited you say?
You cant find they say.

Yea I understand the Unlimited isn't possible but looking for them claiming unlimited - very high bandwith and disk space.

Hello,
Generally "Unlimited" and "Reliable" dont go together. Look for a host with reasonable limits to get started. 25-50 GB is more then enough space for several hundred sites. On a similar token avoid the high disk / bandwidth hosts as they are sometimes worse then unlimited providers.

High bandwidth and diskspace might be possible. But not high as high. Ezpz and hostgator might be a good option.

Buy what you need, not fake "unlimited".
- If you need too much, increase the budget.
- If you don't have the budget, rethink your project.

Thanks for the feedback guys, do have the budget etc, however looking for someone a bit cheaper than hostgator to start off with enough plans to upgrade.

Start off small. Everyone thinks they got the next big thing.

They're going to keep adding new hard drives to the server, for somebody paying them $5/mo.? You're living in a fantasy world.
|

5/m sounds like Share hosting to me , talking of bigger reseller plans.
|
Posted by wswd, 04-10-2012, 11:27 PM |
Okay, a $35/mo. reseller plan... They're going to put in hundreds or thousands of dollars worth of hard drives into a server for you? Like I said, you're living in a dream world. There is no such thing as unlimited, but you don't seem to get that.

I understand completely been in the game for a while. If you read above by that I am meaning just high. No dream worlds here... as I said all unlimited plans have a hidden limit.
|

Okay, so then why don't you go with a host offering legitimate "high" limits on their plans, instead of one of these "unlimited" scam hosts?
I'm sure the cost/price you are willing to pay has something to do with it.

No price has nothing to do with it I make a hefty amount which I am wanting to put a lot into this. In all I am simply asking the most reliable decently priced for disk space/bandwidth best support reseller host .

1 main thing is, reliability doesn't match up with unlimited!
Why you need so much web disk space?
50 to 75 GB Disk Space is enough to host hundreds of websites as KMayers said in 6th post. Start with a realistic disk space and then if you think now you have enough customers, then upgrade to a VPS or Dedicated Box. If you are finding for an unlimited reseller, you are actually looking for troubles............
Best of Luck

Haha its funny how you have been defending yourself right from the first reply.
Let me help you here. When you already know you can't actually an unlimited, are you still looking for it so that you can offer 'unlimited' to YOUR clients? If that's the case then you are looking for a reseller plan with 'over selling' allowed.

Bias anyone?
"Unlimited is @#$!". Translated -> [Because I don't sell/offer it, then it's garbage, don't buy it!] ..."You should by xyz type of plan". Translated -> [Because that's what I sell!]

There's no unlimited term when it comes to web hosting. It's just some marketing strategy that they are using to trap newbies into hosting your websites with them.

As others have already pointed out unlimited and reliable don't go together, anyway you can try http://www.youhosting.com/ maybe this is what you are looking for.

you can opt for a particular configuration as per your need..rather than going for unlimited.I don't think those will provide you the consistency and proper support..The service should be reliable first with no downtime rather!!

As stated....unlimited doesn't exist! However, if you're hell bent on taking out an unlimited plan then look at FrogHost.
If you're OK with taking out a plan with huge limits then look at TurnkeyInternet.
If you want a reseller plan with clearly defined and realistic resources then check out Hawkhost.
