Hi, I want to make a site that is very similar to http://www.tallinn.ee/eng/g3273 (note how the left menu changes depending on the top menu selection) What would be the best CMS to use to make a site similar to this? Thanks

Personally, I've always liked Joomla. It's pretty powerful, and has a lot of extensions.

Hi Daniel, Thanks for the reply, I looked at Joomla for this but thought it was a bit of an overkill.

See now me, I would suggest Joomla too, again, mainly because of how powerful it is and also the TONS of extensions. Don't give up on it.

Do not use Joomla (I find it hard to use), try Drupal
