Using a 3rd party mail server to send/receive messages (not newsletter)

My website is hosted with futurehosting.com . Last month my server was exploited to send thousands of spam mail and I got blocked by Spamhaus. Problem got resolved after wrecking my nerves. Today I wake up to find my IP is blocked by Hotmail/Outlook.com . Reason is ,according to my admins that my DNS was not resolving (550 SC-002 error). We sent an email to Microsoft and according to my reading of this similar problem on the internet , Microsoft rarely responds to resolve this issue. I feel like I am blocked from sending to hotmail and outlook forever now. Now I need to send and receive my correspondence with clients/new clients via a 3rd party email server. Something like Aweber but not for newsletter of course. I already use Aweber for this. I found out about https://www.emailpros.com/ But I am not sure if this is the service I need or not ? Anyone knows good reliable 3rd party email service provider (not newsletter , just low volume correspondence) ?

Try mandrill or sendgrid. It gets the job done quite nicely, just connect to their SMTP and send emails, most reach the inbox without any issues. As for receiving the emails you can still use your own hosting account, there should be no issues there.

Once you add and verify your domain name with Mandrill, add the records to your domain as per their instructions, the emails should have no issues reaching hotmail/outlook. You know, you can test all this out for free... just signup with an account and test it out to be 100% sure the emails will reach outlook/hotmail.

Hi, You can use the below link to send the information to the Hotmail to have then reevaluate your IP and delist it from their end. support.microsoft.com/en-us/getsupport?oaspworkflow=start_1.0.0.0&wfname=capsub&productkey=edfsmsbl3&locale=en-us&ccsid=635748971288106099
