exim problem??

Hi, I have weird problem. Hope someone will be able to help me with this. What actually happens is that... every time i send an email from my server to any @hotmail account it doesnt arrive @hotmail. Most probably the email will be landing in the bulk folder of hotmail account. This happens when the server main IP does not have reverse dns set and no spf record for the domain.
