Time to say goodbye to my Cats? [CatsNine]

Hihi Everyone - sorry for bumping the thread but I feel that I have something to contribute to this thread. tl;dr Version: Been with Catsnine since forever. Support getting [-]worse[/-] non existent. Same WHMCS issues as OP, 5 times in past 6 months. Average ticket response times now easily reaching 24 hours+. Time to move on? I've been with Catsnine for over 630 days now. Quite a lot have changed over these past 630 days. Most of them for the worse unfortunately. Gone are the days where I had fair response times from great support persons like eg. Matt. Gone is the Akamai CDN service, gone is the live chat support during (their) business hours, I could go on ... everything just gone. I also started getting WHMCS license issues in August 2011 - default page accusing me of: >Non-payment. Reseller suspended the license. >License being used against the License Agreement. >Attempting to use two or more free trial licenses. I know it was not a payment issue, as I paid in advance for a full 13 months. Misuse? please.... I barely use it. In any case since then the same thing has happened about 4 more times. Each time I would log in to do something important/critical for a client, only to have to run to the catsnine helpdesk in order to have the issue logged asap in the hope to have the issue sorted within that next 24 hours. The one time it took them more than 24 hours to sort it. Catsnine is still haven't given me a proper response on why this keeps on happening. In the beginning they answered questions quite fast and had a nice live chat that was at least available during their business hours. I received great feedback and support from them back then. But all of that is gone now. I have yet to see the online chat function online since about 6? months ago. I currently have a support ticket just sitting there. Staring at me for the past 23 hours. Nothing. Started looking at some other options today. I cannot go on like this. I hope I said everything that I wanted to.
