Solutiong for hosting own videos / offer live shows

| Hi,
We are looking for a solution to offer and present own videoes, and also (if possible) offer live show through the site.
A system that automaticly presents the last videoes in a best possible way.
I know of this site: http://www.tvnordhordland.no/, but I think this maybe is to simple.
I am sure there are plenty of well designed and good looking solutions for this out there...?

| Could you just do a you tube embedded on a site for something really simple. What is the requirement to host yourself?

| Hi, thanks for responding.
Nah, Youtube is too simple. We also need to have the possibility to upload 2-3 hour long videos and there I dont think youtube can serve.
A solution like http://www.clipshare.com or similiar is what we want.
