WinSCP Uploading help needed!

| I got the first page of my website done, and I went and uploaded it using WINSCP.
The first time I did this, when I typed in the URL of the website, it took my to a page, saying it could not find the website. I figured I have done something wrong, so I deleted the file and tried again. This time what I get is a blank white page.
I am wondering, if there is something I might be doing wrong. I am sure I did it right, I even looked to see what others had to say about it, and they told me to do the same thing I was doing.
Here is what I did, I opened up WINSCP logged in and, then on the left hand side, I went to where the file was, I copied it over to the httpdocs on the right side.
Is there more to it, or do I need to upload another file for it to show?

| your user needs ssh access on the server with write permissions. Have you checked this? Otherwise, it sounds like you're doing it right.

| Yes, I did check everything. I did find out what the issue was, so I got it working now.
