Looking for Reseller hosting with End-User-Support

Posted by iScotts, 04-16-2012, 07:41 AM
Hi all, I want to become a reseller, but I am looking for a reseller that provides end user support. I had a look at Innohost.com and I tried their live support but I wasn't able to get through to any of the support team which left me wondering... Anyway Im searching for the best of the best out there and would like for some recommendations from you guys. Also I am very new to this and i would like to know if it is possible to do this on a wordpress site? what plug ins would I need for lets say the client area where they can chop and change their packages or buy and manage domains?

Take a look at the offers section. I know that there are hosting sites running from WP but you'll have trouble with the backend without decent automation software.

Ok thanks will do... what kind of automation software would you recommend?

Of course we're here to help you. As you can see I'm around on WHT quite actively, you can contact me. Or you can open a Sales ticket with us at https://support.innohosting.com where someone from Sales will be in touch.

A few other reputable providers that offer end-user support: Hosts that will answer tickets directly from your helpdesk installation. ThePrimeHost.com EZPZhosting.com Hosts that will respond only via email or proprietary plugins etc. TurnKeyInternet.com PremiumReseller.com InnoHosting - already mentioned here. If you're looking to run your business primarily from a single software installation, WHMcs is the way to go. Last edited by DWS2006; 04-16-2012 at 08:53 AM.

Just to clarify, although it is a proprietary system that we have developed to run end user support via a plugin as you have correctly stated, it's done directly through the users WHMCS.

Just to correct the above, we now have a custom plugin however your client never leaves your WHMCS installation or website.

I'll second that but I might be biased as we didn't really look in depth into alternatives.

You're using an api based plugin though right? I would still consider that interacting directly with WHMcs since the end-user can't see or recognize that.

Indeed. The client submits a ticket to the reseller as normal, the ticket is copied across to us, we reply and the reply is added to the resellers WHMCS and sent to the customer from the resellers WHMCS so it can't be traced back to us.

You could also get a Reseller account with any company and have a team like WebbyCart answer the tickets. Good luck!

I was going to recommend inno as well, they've been around for a while.
