Posted by jane s, 05-20-2000, 03:27 PM After hosting with 9net for two years, they get bought out by concentric and their costs go up. An additional 10 dollars per month along with 2 per IP. With their 35 set-up who can afford to resell with them. The control panel was great until I discovered that I couldn't delete accounts. I have been waiting one week to delete 14 domains. Why? I am moving, slowly with care. My clients deserve the best, and no disruption of service. In the meantime I am losing money by waiting for 9net to remove those accounts, hey, that means they make an extra 28 dollars when you calculate 2 per IP. I have more to go. I am now leasing my own servers from the best and starting my own reseller program. My program will include all the things that I couldn't get from my last three hosts.Saturday (EST) 3:13pm - The accounts still have not been deleted. I am sure they are waiting until after the next scheduled billing to do it. Whats worse is now I have even more domains to delete. Just got off the phone with 9net, they transferred me to support which was closed. When I called back and asked why did I get transferred to support if its closed, I was told to call back directly. After calling directly I got a machine and was told to leave a message. So I call back the main number from the website, you know the one where they await customers calls. I was told the phone systems just went down, that I could leave a message. So at this moment, 9net has one person working the phones, who has no computer access or access to any professionals.
