| Hi All,
Server creating the below error logs. I am not abt this error can you please help me resolve this error.

| This can be hardware bug or kernel bug or so.

| Try do memtest on your server.
Try kernel/apache/php upgrade.

| can you please inform me how to do Memtest on RHEL4 server. Already the Apache and PHP is upgraded to lattest version.

| You can't get help if you don't provide enough info about the issue.
Simply showing the error without telling where and when do you see it doesn't help

OS : RHEL4
Apache : 2.29
PHP : 5.2.5
MySQL : 5
Error Log:
[notice] child pid 6071 exit signal Bus error (7)
[notice] child pid 7668 exit signal Bus error (7)
Please let me know what are the other details needed.

| To do memtest you could boot from special memtest boot CD.

| Hi All,
We have requested Data Center to do the Memory test and Hardware test, They tested and informed like there was problem in Memory and Hardware.
latter We requested DC to reload the OS (RHEL4 with 64 bit)and hosted the site again on same server.
Again when it reaches the high traffic in server log following error has creating.
[notice] child pid 28780 exit signal Bus error (7)
[notice] child pid 31676 exit signal Bus error (7)
[notice] child pid 30831 exit signal Bus error (7)
Please help me to resolve this issue.

| apache 2.2.9 is development version, try 2.0 branch
Also you should upgrade kernel.

| Hi thanks for your suggestion. Already I have downgraded the Apache 2.0 verion.
Apache : 2.0
PHP : 5.2.5
MySQL : 5.0.1
Please let me know how upgrade the RHEL4 64 bit OS Kernal on cpanel based server.
Current Kernal Version: # uname -a
2.6.9-42.ELsmp
