| Check the httpd.conf and see if you have vhost entry for the site and that is correct.

| As Techark told, check the vhost in the httpd.conf and make sure that the path is correct.
Also, i believe you haven't uploaded any index page so only it displays the content of the directory (/home/username/public_html)
So, upload an index.html with a test message in it.

/scripts/rebuildhttpd.conf
