looking for exceptional reseller account

| hello,
I am in need of a reseller account that is extremely reliable, I have had problems with accounts in the past who are always down or lack support, I need a good account to support myself and clients, I am willing to start paying $20 a month at present, no setup fee and webdesign help would be appreciated
