To Adehost: Any update on your problems?

Dear Adehost, I just want to know what is the update with your hard disk problem? Some of my sites are still down and no updates for more than 24 hours. Regards,

Have you tried contacting them directly?

Yup, No reply for more than 24 hours. Maybe they are just busy fixing things... I think only one server have problems and the others are OK thus some of my sites are still up. I think their system is good that they spread the accounts to several servers thus even though you are a reseller with several accounts, only the affected sites will be down and not all.... It's a good also that one of my client agreed to re-upload all the files again since they are just signed up for a few days and in testing stage. I deleted the account and create a new one and the new one is now stored in a perfect server...but it is just weird that I can access the domain via domain.com and not via www.domain.com My only problem right now is the 1 account that don't want to re-uplaod all the files they have..... I need to wait for adehost respond or to solve the problem.
