My My.cnf / Httpd.conf

My server is; Processor #1 Vendor: GenuineIntel Processor #1 Name: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80GHz Processor #1 speed: 2813.690 MHz Processor #1 cache size: 512 KB Processor #2 Vendor: GenuineIntel Processor #2 Name: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80GHz Processor #2 speed: 2813.690 MHz Processor #2 cache size: 512 KB cPanel 11.24.4-R36167 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9 REDHAT Enterprise 5.2 i686 standard on server1 Memory: 1016076k/1032128k available (2096k kernel code, 15332k reserved, 877k data, 228k init, 114624k Here is my my.cnf, is it good enough? Are there any obvious mistakes / problems with it? Here is my httpd.conf

Please be clear. Whats your issue? Or just to confirm that your my.cnf and apache conf looks good?

Well, previously there was a big forum running on the server, and i was not allowed to do anything to the VPS. I now have access to the host and have found cache sizes about 4X what they should be. Which is probably why it was slow / crashing. I have reconfigured the host to the setttings above and it's running a lot more smoothly, however the bigger site is of the host so i can't really compare. But yeah, just wanted to know if i had a really obvious setting wrong as im not 100% up on it my self and the host was previously configured by a skid
