they have so bad service .they dont offer the real 30-day money back guarrantee. they only get your money . I am cheated by them. Everyone have to take care before buying their hosting
they refund me nothing, but they told me that they had refended.I think they always do that ,not only me. I must let everybody know that in case that they continue to cheat others.

I don't see how you were even able to order. I get a mySQL error whenever I try to view their order form.

I just talked to the tech support of phpmanager as I was testing the trial version, and they assured me that the connection to their site was removed/fixed. What a crock... stick with whmManager. It's free, opensource, and does the same thing phpmanager does (phpmanager actually "borrowed" whmmanager code), with just a few less billing options and no help desk. Personally, I rather write my own billing additions than deal with some other guys server going up and down and screwing my service.

Hi,
please read this thread:

|

Ah, your everywhere dude! Do you live on webboards, or are you really omnipotent, heh. Anyways, good to know. At the very least I know your tech support is definately not asleep on the job.
Sounded like a "yeah, they fixed it, now it's broke again" scenario. Anyways, I'll keep playing with the trial for a while, but I'm gonna wait a few weeks on a purchase of phpManager. I'm not familiar with you guys, so I'm not sure about your track record on stuff like this. I've yet to check out the ticket desk system for it to see how it compares with PerlDesk, so I've got more to check out... but those damn sql errors are annoying as hell, especially with the little iframes. Makes the errors almost look like a background pic, heh.

It is true! they refund nothing , but they also email to tell me that they have refunded . angry !
|

We refunded you every cent. The refund was accepted by Paypal and it was sent to the e-mail address that you used. Not to mention that the name of the Paypal account, matched the name of the person who ordered.
I told you once this matter was settled, and the payment was collected by you.
If you have problems - contact Paypal. I have plenty of evidence to prove that you have been FULLY refunded.

I doubt the Phpmanager problem has been fixed. They emailed everyone saying to use the new config file, so we did. We can see how well that worked

Your refund has been sent, accepted and completed. If you are still having problems, contact Paypal. I have enough proof to show that you did accept it, and that it was sent to you.
Your failure to understand simple things is your issue, not mine.

Netrilli is right. When someone makes a refund on paypal. The refund is not fully refunded until the first of the next month. I know this because I got a refund from a company, and my paypal has recieved the payment, yet it had not been credited.
If you clearly review the paypal user agreement, it states that any refunds on paypal via credit card will be refunded only on the first of the next month.
If your going to stick your foot in your mouth, make sure you have all the facts right first.

dude did you not read above? Paypal does the refunds on the first of the month..... You should talk this out with the other guy in private, and get all the facts before you go trying to publicly bash someone.

phpmanagers connection to their site is fixed if you updated with the "ixed" file. Stop crying about phpmanager because *******it what else can you get with $30? it does the job and for $30 its a damn good script.
|
Posted by Netrilli, 03-08-2003, 11:28 AM |
It does the job, and serves us well
I'm a girl. We have talked it out in private. His refund was not sent through Paypal's refund method. I immediately sent him the money from my account. Which was accepted and completed.
I do not post customer information or records, especially not on message boards. All information matched our records, including the name of the customer. We have talked it out through e-mail and the flooded Helpdesk tickets. To us, the issue is resolved.
