Mail Notofication problem

| Hello ,
i have cpanel Server and i have confronted a problem in past 2 days ,
i`m not receiving any email when our resellers Create/Terminate/suspend an account ,
i have entered my email address in "Tweak Settings" and "Mail Manager"
i`m receiving Email from Logwach and Crontab with out any problem

| Chk the settings Tweak Settings" and "Mail Manager" again.
if it is correct, then contact the support team.

| i have already entered my email in all options ,
our resellers receving an email after create an account ( they won`t recive notofication for termination an account )
and root doesn`t recive any email for "Create - terminate - suspend "

| strange, i'm not sure without knowing the real things inside the server.
usually it works. did you check the exim logs when you remove accounts at whm ?
sometimes the mail goes to spam box.
