Posted by failure, 07-09-2003, 10:18 AM does anybody have any experiences with them? as i am considering reselling from them. Or i was wondering if anybody thinks its worthwile going 3 or 4 ways on a dedicated server from rackshack, as i could get far more for my money, more bandwidth, space etc (but higher risk) and as long as the others arnt using to much there will be no risk of overselling . Please reply thanx
Posted by UH-Matt, 07-09-2003, 10:22 AM I wouldnt recommend "going 4 ways" on an RS box. if you plan to provide a paid service to clients you dont want 3 other unknowns having root access to the server. A reseller account is a nice way to start, you can then build up to your own dedicated server - its a common route for new hosts to take and reduces your sunk prices aswell.
