Levi1-Reseller: Opinion needed

Posted by murthy, 08-25-2004, 01:26 PM
Hello, Has anyone used Levi1 reseller option. Sorry, I am not able to post the URL as the system is not allowing me to post URL as this is my first posting. I must post 5 URLs before becoming eligible for that. I can understand why they have that rule. The URL is same as the name. They are offering 240GB space for less than $65 a month. I am a bit confused about how is it that they give such costs. While I am tempted by price, I need to be careful about quality. If anyone can confirm that they used Levi1 and are happy with it, I can go ahead with them. I talked to the company and they said this would be a good place to enquire about their credibility. Thanks in advance for help. Murthy

That speaks for itself. Anyone who can base their business (this is a reseller package) on such massive overselling is asking for a rough ride in my opinion. Last edited by Jim_UK; 08-25-2004 at 02:24 PM.

We should start mailing out membership cards for "Oversellers anonymous"

So far it looks like they made a mistake when they said that.

As much as I'd hate to admit it, I'm a present customer of Levi1. Basically total downtime for about 3 weeks now. I've asked for a refund for sept, but Shneur does not respond to e-mail's, help desk, or respond to forum posts. I've been very patient up until my request for a refund and total ignorance from Shneur. This company is NOT professional and all I want is my money back for what I did not get. He's cleared his forums so no one can see how mad his customer base was. He reinstalled his help desk which cleared all my support tickets. As much as I hate to admit it, I made a mistake with this company. I can only wish others don't make the same mistake. As far as my refund.........I'm still waiting for any sort of communication from Shneur. I guess I'll have to write it off as a donation. What I don't understand is how anyone can treat their customers this way. It's self defeating and in no way helps cultivate a business and a name for yourself. Sorry I posted this, but I fear for others. So, even though I'm still presently a customer, here's my OPINION: STAY AWAY!
