Do you have root access? Do it in reseller center or ask your host to do it for you.

In reseller center you can do this. You can simply put in the name server's and enter the ip's. Or in Zamfoo you can do this aswell in root reseller.

Just click add dns zone, then put the ip and ns1, then hit enter. Or you can modify the initial setup DNS zones, either way. It's pretty simple.

Yes, I Clicked and Edit it. But my question is, the DomainA will run DNS of Enom ?

No, it won't. In order for the domain domainA.com to run on ENOM DNS servers, you have to update the enom name servers in the domain registrar panel of the domain domainA.com. If your registrar haven't provided you an option to edit the name servers, you will have to contact your domain registrar.

uhm, the record type "NS" in cPanel, they do nothing ?

Nope. In order to effect any changes in the NS record , you also need to modify the same in the registrar end . If you want to point the domain to enom, you need to contact your current registrar.
