Another problem with OxyHosts support..

| After 4 days of suspension and a support ticket still open without reply.
I submitted the ticket:
Subject: The server wont unsuspend me..
Priority: Medium
Status: Open
on Jun 9 (4 days ago)
I have had no reply to it and I am quite frankly getting fed up.. I have paying users on my reseller who are paying.. SORT IT OUT!!

| I assume you're checking for response to the ticket via the website and not via email? Reason I ask is some email providers block responses from support systems from time to time thinking they're spam.
Now if that is the case you may want to start looking elsewhere as a 4 day response time is horrible obviously. At this point I would say it's highly unlikely you even get your account activated again.

| As Tony's already said make sure you check on the website.
Out of interest why were you suspended and why would you now be unsuspended ?
Might help us understand their reasons for not replying.

| If you check the support desk online and there is still no reply from your host after 4 days, it's probably time that you find a new host

| Ok I think Thrive posts on WHT faster than he posts on our support desk.
We do not have any tickets opened by him on our desk. The last one he opened was 94 Days back
And for the response time, this time when he made a ticket with us, it was answered within 8 minutes.

| I posted a support ticket on June 9th, which was closed without reply then I re-posted another one today and its finally been done. Thank you.

| Did you get an email saying a ticket was opened and that a ticket was closed when you posted the ticket on 9th?
