I currently have an account with such feature with Radixhosting, but I am looking for other/alternative providers.

Master Reseller is the same as sub reseller. are you looking for windows or linux reseller hosting? I know for linux WHM/CPanel there is a addon to do sub reseller, but i haven't heard to many reviews about it. for Windows DotNetPanel and Helm4 provide unlimited sub reseller levels. Meaning you can sell reseller accounts, then your resellers can also sell reseller accounts etc. This fancy feature is only on these 2 control panels as far as i am aware.

Linux.... I have found some companies that offer that kind of service radixhosting.com (currently an account with them, but don't want to put all the eggs in the same basket) deasoft.com innohosting.com (similar not exactly)
