Server crash, any theories?

Hi all
I'm helping a friend of mine with his server, it's a bog standard i3 server, 4gb of ram, Cpanel/WHM and I've installed CSF firewall and locked it down as best I can, but today out of the blue, it crashed
The crash log that got sent to my email reads:
Given the modules involved, is it safe to assume it's CSF which has crashed it?
The connection tracking module, oddly enough, isn't enabled, but I "think"? it suggest that was the problem?

I think this is down to a network driver or card issue.
I'm trying a fix suggested on Centos' forums, as disabling the firewall didn't work.
